Round Two
One of the things important in film is to center the shot so that your audience can track where the characters are even through different cuts – or have enough landmarks so that you can keep track of where the action is. Montey getting thrown to the hood from the windshield is hopefully obvious, as well as the new FOWL agent landing on the roof, what with the eye scar that we hadn’t seen before.
Boo getting slammed against the console due to deceleration had some style choices involved. His legs could be more parallel to the ground for a real dynamic effect and the illusion of power, but honestly that level of energy probably would have flipped the car. Better to use impact lines instead to show a hard hit against the dashboard.
