Panel one: At least do some research before you enter anything technical.  It doesn’t have to look great, nor do you need the complete screen display, but if you ever have someone click “Upload Virus” to an alien mothership computer, please leave the profession.

Side rant:  That is the one industry given too much influence for the amount of talent needed.  I can’t say, “I want to be a licensed helicopter pilot with no experience.  So all I have to do is sleep with that fat guy over there?  Okay, let’s do this.”

Panel two:  This is what one-point perspective is supposed to look like, which was the initial goal of the 13 April strip.  Unfortunately there’s a height limit before you lose all the ground details to a single point.  Very dramatic fall… but you lose all sense of location, especially with the iconic fountain.

Panel four:  Freehand drew the bird in five minutes without using any references, just based on prior research.  Progress.
